Muffies
Rice cakes are ubiquitous all over Asia with many different styles and techniques. Our passion is to bring rice cakes to this side of the world, in a more approachable form.. hence the Muffie was born. Most Western desserts are cloyingly sweet but we wanted to keep the integrity of the product and let the texture shine through. A crispy exterior with a chewy dense interior introduces a unique texture upon first bite!
